Modern urban dwelling spaces define the quality of life to a large degree, and hold life, nature, art, humanity, taste and style as well as our tender moments. All the objects, hues, light and shadows in the living spaces interact with us. How life treats us depends on our attitude towards it – that’s also true for the relationship between designers and space.
The project is a large single-floor private apartment, occupying an area of 374 sqm and situated in Shenzhen. The outdoor seascape is a reflection of the state of mind, and the space imprints the memories of life. Designers aimed to create a natural space, which can bring the dwellers a free lifestyle, evoke emotional resonance and showcase new urban elites’ life quality and taste. “Reflection • Boundary” was taken as the design theme, which embodies designers’ attitude towards private residence design.
