Taking influence from the vibrant colours and textures of India, the brief was to create a casual yet unexpected and inspired dining experience. The desire of Michelin-starred chef Vineet was to bring a fresh and modern take on Indian street food. The restaurant, located at Le Royal Meridien at Jumeirah Beach, mixes a simple material palette of concrete flooring and an exposed ceiling with wow elements such as the impressive floor-to-ceiling Ganesh graffiti. A vibrant mix of eclectic pieces immediately gives this outlet a fun and unique identity. Colourful FF&E paired with strong geometric patterns give the space a distinct Indian flavour with a twist. The dynamic circular shape lends itself to creating a different experience in every element of the restaurant while upon approaching the restaurant, a peek into the signature gin tasting room leaves a visitor longing to see more.
