SHH developed conceptual plans in CAD and high-quality photorealistic renderings for an eight-bedroom villa spanning 3000sqm on Jubail Island in Abu Dhabi. Three different concepts were developed to showcase the villa in distinct design languages: Contemporary, Traditional, and Transitional. Each version featured eye-level front and rear photorealistic renderings, capturing the site’s features, surrounding landscape, materials, and textures. The design by SHH showcased optimal utilization of the site, incorporating front and rear views that embraced the surrounding landscape.
