LEAD Development extended an invitation to SHH to design one of the six distinctive villages within the master plan, specifically tailored to appeal to wellness and nature enthusiasts. SHH created CGIs showcasing three distinct finishing choices available for the villas, highlighting the versatility and adaptability of the design. The CGIs played a vital role in delivering the design brief by providing the client with a visual representation of the villas off plan. Each villa shares the same features, including 4-5 bedrooms, and forms part of a small village, contributing to an interesting streetscape.
