Snug Kitchens were commissioned to design and install the kitchen and utility room for Otterbourne Manor based in Winchester. It was essential the kitchen had an inviting and comfortable atmosphere as it was situated in an open plan space at the heart of the home. The kitchen needed to have the function and feeling of a modern kitchen but with the style and warmth of a bespoke hand-built traditional kitchen. The client requested a contemporary family space with a country house aesthetic and a hint of glamour. Brought to life through a mix of hand-crafted traditional shaker units and natural materials, from the marble worktops to the solid oak breakfast table. Clean lines, airy colour palette and plenty of innovative storage solutions, keep clutter and appliances off the stunning marble worktop. A hint of glamour was achieved through sleek antique brass accents, handles and statement tap.
