Qeblawi Brooks were commissioned to design the Architecture and Interiors of the exclusive L45 residential development (50,000 sqft) in Emirates Hill, Dubai.
The concept is built around refined elegance to create a timeless and crafted interior, using a rich tapestry of black lacquers and champagne polished metal which help to forge a strong design language that runs throughout.
The architecture comprises of Bronze, Smoked Glass and Travertine, which is set out using modern classic proportions creating a rich but controlled design solution.
