Le Bistrot offers French-inspired all-day dining. The Le Méridien hotel brand dates back to 1972 when it was launched by Air France. Three key concepts were taken from the brand’s history: the market hall, the modern bistro and the tea room, all of which reflect a sense of French culture. A dramatic circular entrance foyer built in steel welcomes guests. In the main dining area, a modern bistro concept prevails. The feature island reveals the kitchen and allows guests to experience the mastery of the chef. The art wall, adorned with food and cutlery-inspired artworks and pop up upholstered colour, imbues the space with cheer and charm.
