Monad Terrace

International Designers by Rita Chraibi reveals the interiors of the first completed residence at Monad Terrace by Ateliers Jean Nouvel and developer, JDS Development Group in Miami Beach. Rita’s design of the 5,193 sq ft residence (3,350 interior and 1,843 exterior) highlights her signature style which uniquely fuses interior and fashion design to humanise the space. An ambassador for Roche Bobois, Rita is inspired by the furnishings of haute couture fashion icon Jean Paul Gaultier’s collection for the manufacturer and curated furniture designs exclusively from this collection. The residence reflects the most exceptional aspects of haute couture high-fashion and is an ode to the fashion house. Her interior design approach for this residence seamlessly compliments the interior, exterior, and landscape architecture of Jean Nouvel. The residence features four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a custom kitchen designed by Jean Nouvel, and a 42-foot deep terrace with a Bayfront reflecting pool.
