In an area such as FiDi that lacks the playfulness of hipper New York locales, the lounge at Moxy Downtown gives people a chance to interact as seriously as they play, providing guests with an authentic neighbourhood experience through distinctive style. For this ‘play space’ that is a convertible co-working space by day and entertainment hub by night Stonehill Taylor took inspiration from the 1970s for Moxy Downtown’s nostalgic interiors, retro fabrics, memorabilia, and varsity jargon throughout.
