Nelson Worldwide reimagined this 39-story building in New York City’s upcoming neighbourhood known as NoMad, located north of Madison Square. The goal was to reflect the vibrancy of this prominent area, rich in culture and history, and reposition the building to attract tech and media tenants.

The bold approach, shifting the main entrance from 32nd Street to 31st Street welcomes the energy of the emerging neighbourhood, while new public spaces create an experiential environment tailored to a new generation of office workers.
