10 Park Road is a 12,000 sq ft Victorian residence on the shipping and mining owners parade over looking the Bristol Channel. Quinn, the Terracotta Warrior sculpture is a favourite family member after arriving from China in 1978, so need to hold court as a focal point in the design. Food and drink were also important considerations. There is also a disabled extended family member, so accessible facilities were required close to the kitchen. The house is overlooked, so while natural light is important, creating options for privacy is too.
