Sino- Ocean Neo1 Sales Center

RONSHINE • SINO-OCEAN NEO1 SALES CENTER is located in Gongshu District, Hangzhou, China. The interior design firm, MAUDEA, adopted simplistic design languages to interpret the relationship between human and nature, took time and spaces as ties, and combined art with daily life closely in the space.

In this project, the designers applied modern and simplistic design languages to achieve this. They incorporated the fluidity of time and life into the static space, coordinated the relations among human, time and space, and combined lifestyles, aesthetic awareness and Oriental sentiments as key factors to produce a unique spatial temperament.

By blending Oriental philosophy and art into the interior design, the designers intended to produce a spatial context that echoes Chinese people’s current living patterns.
