The Icon Apartment

Boutique design studio Raven & Lack have created and interior scheme for the Berkeley Groups London Dock development that captures the rich history of the St Katharine’s Docks precinct. Located in the Saffron Wharf building the 3-bedroom apartment features a ‘modern industrial’ décor that successfully merges sleek modernity and old-world charm, creating a design outcome with an authentic sense of place and forward focus.

The interior resonates with the past through the incorporation of colour, detail, decorative objects, artefacts, and fragrances that are ingrained in our collective memories. The innovative use of new and exciting materials as well as manufacturing techniques showcase the forward-thinking approach of the design team and the client.
