London-based Architecture firm, Anomaly, have been appointed by Kinrise on the holistic refurbishment of the Grade II listed Sunlight House in Manchester. The scheme comprises 13 upper office floors supported on a multi-use, active ground and basement – wrapping around an iconic and unique central atrium space. The proposals look to restore and reinvent the rich history of the building and site. The scheme is due to start on site in Q4 2023 with phased completion through 2024 and 2025.
