Purchased to be used as a BTR, this recently completed small development in the heart of Brighton initially needed more common social and amenity space. Johnson Ribolla assisted their client in converting four retail units to resolve this. The interiors reflect a contemporary interpretation of the artistic vibe that increasingly permeates the city of Brighton.
