Unilever engaged ADP to renovate the 9000 sqm office, which is transformed into an agile workplace. By telling the brand stories and adopting the activity-based working strategy in concept ‘Funky Town’, ADP created an inspiring office that enables staff to connect and collaborate in a dynamic, entrepreneurial way. The key highlight in the Unilever office is the central hub with the cafeteria surrounded by large open discussion areas, allocated at three floors of Unilever and connected by the void. These areas are created to bring people together and to create a sense of community. Brand stories – one of the unique features in the office – are told through brand hubs, which create the context that the employees can feel and live with the brand. Unilever’s office prioritises using environmentally friendly materials and furniture following LEED standards and makes use of the natural light and trees to embrace the core Wellbeing and Sustainability agenda.
