Panoramic Properties’ brief was to design a set of luxury apartments, including a duplex penthouse with roof terrace that raised the property ceiling high in the area. The penthouse not only complimented the elegant and established surrounding, but also made the absolute best of its rare vantage point; providing the ultimate in interior splendour and offering incredible views across the local area.

Focusing on the finer details throughout the apartment was key to ensure the luxurious and opulent design was clearly portrayed. Bespoke doors with inlayed metal and leather wrapped handles flow throughout, and a secret door leading from the kitchen into the pantry and utility adds to the level of sophistication and drama of the space.

Panoramic Properties’ design team created the CGI’s using 3DS MAX, allowing them to create a very realistic image of how the property will look, well in advance of the physical building being created.
