Entering the lobby leading up to the community clubhouse, a place to put the urban hustle on hold, the light and soft feeling acts as a buffer zone between the interior and exterior, separating the dynamic and the static, the rough and the delicate. The interior-exterior differentiation also signifies the dialogue between self and surrounding, inner mind and outside world.
The developers and Mind Design originally conceived the idea of creating a supporting residential community area in the form of an urban complex. Hence the interior space is characterized by critical and original design.
The metropolis interior is neo-classical, blending the essence of Greek and Roman classicism with elegance and delicacy, contrasting strongly with the ruggedness of Yinchuan’s Chinese north-western landscape. Mind Design blends classicism with modern space, using natural materials as the medium and contemporary design method to create a neo-classical, upscale real estate clubhouse.
