ID21’s design for Young Living Singapore doesn’t just look good; it empowers the business to improve efficiencies and experiences for staff and customers alike. The new Young Living showroom is a purposefully-crafted space that combines design, personalisation, and functionality. The visitor takes all sorts of sensory cues as they move through space and these cues give an emotional connection to the environment. Fundamentally, the design methodology, with user experience as a driving factor, favoured a holistic approach to interior design in a sensory capacity. When looking at this interior, ID21 were not designing spaces, finishes and materials, but creating unique design experiences.
