MSMR has been appointed to work in conjunction with the main architect to provide internal space planning and interior design services for the residential component of a large mixed-use redevelopment in St James, London. This accommodation will comprise four apartments and one penthouse triplex apartment. The visualisations in this submission were commissioned by the client for design development and marketing purposes, to help communicate both the quality of the spaces and the realisation of the concept.

St James’s is home to some of London’s most celebrated architectural heritage, as well as many luxury retail brands. The area is also the home of many of London’s most famous private members clubs. These elements have inspired the interior concept to create a rich, contemporary yet timeless palate.
