Mar City’s in house interior design team were responsible for the renovation of the Malt House. Lead by Managing Director, Maggie Ryan.

Drawing on inspiration from the building’s original features and former historic industrial past, the team carefully restored antique pieces such as the steel beams, the design, dressing and incorporating
of hard and soft furnishings was created to enhance the historic features.

The team integrated both modern and traditional fixtures and fittings, that were respectful of the buildings historic past but helped meet the demands of modern living.
